Fence Stain Update

The original Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) document has specific restrictions regarding fence stains for the community, indicating that Seal Rite Medium Brown is the only approved color. Currently, both the manufacturer and the color are difficult to find. As such, the new standards below are now in place.

All homeowners must complete an ACC Request prior to beginning any exterior project. Work on exterior projects cannot commence until all ACC approvals are in place.

The approved fence stain color is medium / dark brown.

Suggested, readily available options include:

1. Ready Seal - Dark Walnut (Available at Walmart, Home Depot, and Lowes)
2. Behr - Sable (Available at Home Depot and other places)
3. Sherman Williams - Mission Brown
4. Custom Brown Color - must be similar to above colors

All these stains are available at local retail outlets. No other colors will be approved (reds, blacks, grays, clear, etc.).
