As the Managing Agent for Prosper Falls Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 6th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to elect two (2) Class A Members to the Association’s Board of Directors and to discuss normal business of the Association.

The meeting and/or election cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important to understand the voting process. You may cast your vote electronically either on the Association’s website or by email or fax. It is not necessary to assign your proxy if you vote electronically as your vote also counts toward the required quorum. If you mail your ballot, please include the proxy and ensure it is signed and dated. Only the Owner of record or the proxy holder may cast a vote, and only one vote per household is accepted. The deadline for voting is Tuesday, March 5th, 2024, 5:00 p.m. Please be sure your ballot reaches us before then.

As the Managing Agent for Prosper Falls Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Annual Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Thursday, March 23rd, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss normal business of the Association and to present information on current Association affairs.
Enclosed in this packet you will find the Draft Agenda and Proxy. Please Note: Even if you plan on attending, it is important that you return your proxy, as unforeseen circumstances may occur which prevent you from being able to attend. The Virtual Annual Meeting of the Members cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met, either in person or by proxy. If a meeting must be reconvened at a later date, the Association will incur additional costs for mailing a new Notice of Meeting. You may assign your proxy to a Member of the Board, or to a neighbor of your choice who will be in attendance. Proxies may also be returned by mail or e-mail however, any form returned after 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting may not be counted on time.

As the Managing Agent for Prosper Falls Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Thursday, January 27, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to elect three (3) Class A members to the Board of Directors. Enclosed with this notice you will find the Draft Agenda, Proxy, Ballot, and Candidacy Statements. You may now cast your vote Electronically on your Association’s Website at www.prosperfallshoa.com or you may email, mail, or fax in your Ballot or Proxy using the information provided below.
The annual election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important that you complete and return the proxy in the event that you are not able to attend the meeting. A Ballot cast electronically shall also count for quorum. If you vote online, please do not return a ballot or proxy and do not assign your proxy to another owner as it will not be counted.
Please Note: Floor Nominations and Write-in Candidates cannot be accommodated for an election held virtually.
If you do not vote online, it is important that your Ballot or Proxy be returned by 5:00 p.m. on January 26, 2022, for it to be counted.
