Apology for Parking Compliance Violation Notice

I hope this letter finds you well. I am reaching out to sincerely apologize for the recent compliance violation notice and/or sticker that Homeowners received regarding on-street parking overnight in the community according to the CC&Rs for the Community. After reviewing the matter further and having further discussion with the Board of directors, it has been determined that the notices were issued in error and not in line with the Boards wishes. 

We understand that receiving such a notice can be concerning, and we deeply regret any confusion or frustration this may have caused the Homeowners. Please rest assured that the violations were not placed on any record or account, and no further action is required on your part.

We value the Homeowners in the Prosper Falls Homeowner’s Association and appreciate your cooperation and commitment to maintaining your community’s standards. Moving forward, we are taking additional steps to ensure our compliance review process of the documents is accurate to help prevent similar errors or miscommunications.
